U.S.A. Slides Past Jamaica, Clinches First for World Cup Berth

The U.S. Men’s soccer team faced and shut out Jamaica Friday night, 2-0,  in Kansas City to secure first in the World Cup berth.

Despite missing multiplease key players due to injuries such as Clint Dempsey, Fabian Johnson, and Michael Bradley; the men in red, white, and blue were able to come together and pull out a W after two second half goals by Jozy Altidore and Graham Zusi.

Mexico, on the other hand, must defeat Panama tonight or their hopes of playing in Brazil for the 2014 World Cup are no longer.
